Nashville, Tenn. — May 25, 2026 — Alpha The Wolf will release his sixth studio album, Nobody Likes When a Wolf Shows Up, on June 26, 2026, the Nashville artist announced. Nine tracks spanning dark trap and cloud rap, each recorded as a single-take freestyle, written, produced, and mixed entirely by Alpha The Wolf himself.
The album is a homage to his father. Its title comes from a phrase the older man used in moments of frustration — that no one is ever glad to see a wolf show up.
"This project is a homage to my father," said Alpha The Wolf, who called him one of his largest inspirations.
The album follows "Beams," a standalone single produced by Yuto in Japan, released as the lead single ahead of the record.
