This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased through alphathewolf.com (the "Site"), operated by Alpha The Wolf ("we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within thirty (30) days of the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted except where required by applicable law.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition — unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Returned with all original packaging, inserts, and any included items
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Vinyl records and CDs must be returned sealed and unopened. Once the shrink wrap or seal on a music product is broken, it can no longer be returned unless it arrived defective or damaged, as described in Section 5.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened vinyl records, CDs, or any other sealed music media (except where defective — see Section 5)
- Digital downloads, streaming codes, and other digital goods
- Items marked "final sale," "limited," or "pre-order deposit" at the time of purchase
- Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper storage after delivery
- Gift cards, if offered
4. How to Start a Return
Email wolf@alphathewolf.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Returns are free. Once your return is authorized we will either send you a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your tracked return postage — you will not be out of pocket for sending an eligible item back. Please use a tracked service; we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at wolf@alphathewolf.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
Where we confirm the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including the original shipping charge, at your choice. This applies to sealed music media whether or not the seal has been broken.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return shipping is free on every eligible return. The original outbound shipping charge is refunded only where the return is the result of our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are dispatched. Contact us at wolf@alphathewolf.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return under this policy.
9. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household and local carrier first, then contact us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. If tracking shows an order in transit with no movement for more than fourteen (14) days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
10. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is $6.99 (5–10 business days) and express shipping is $14.99 (2–3 business days). Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These are not included in the price at checkout and are not refundable by us.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Customers in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions with statutory cancellation or refund rights retain those rights in full, and where they are more generous than this policy, they apply instead.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated effective date. The policy in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
