Alpha The Wolf Squares Off With a Dragon-Painted Door for "Dragon Doors"

Red lanterns. Yellow cargos. Door 118.

The same Chattanooga trip that produced Loyal Entourage - built around a Da Underground Chattanooga date at Studio 58 in March 2025 - also produced Dragon Doors: seven frames in a brick alley strung with red paper lanterns, all of them built around a single steel service door numbered 118. Sunglasses on, arms folded, a whole run of empty alley to work with and one fixed point to keep coming back to.

The door is painted with a red dragon in fine linework, coiled through a field of black flames, an alarm plate mounted at the top corner - suite 118 of Attack of the Tatsu, the izakaya and ramen shop at 818 Georgia Ave, blocks from wherever the deck in Loyal Entourage sits.

The fit is black chest rigging with mesh and utility pouches worn over a Fabric Of The Universe hoodie - the Los Angeles techwear label whose lettering recurs through the catalogue - with yellow cargos below, the same yellow that ran through the day's other two shoots.

Most of the frames work the brick right beside it, the dragon's head coiled just past his shoulder. It closes leaning on the wall, hands in pockets, the alley light flat and grey.

What "Dragon Doors" means

It is a numbered service door - the kind of thing you walk past a hundred times without registering. Someone painted a dragon down the whole length of it, and that turns a back entrance into a threshold: 118 into an address that means something, the alley into a place worth standing in.

A dragon on a door is a guardian by every old reading of it - painted there to keep something out, or to keep something in. Putting the wolf beside it in full rigging, arms folded like he owns the entrance, is the shoot asking which side of that door he is actually on.
